Minsk group of the bread products JSC consists of the following departments:

Grinding mill for 3^d grade wheat

The production capacity of grinding mill is 405 tons a day. The grinding mill functions in two sections. It produces graded wheat flour, semolina, crushed wheat flour, embryonic flakes, fine wheat flour “Minsk”.

The packing section contains:

• two packing lines for wheat BLP-2 (Czech Republic) into 1 kg. bags, of production capacity 24 pack./min., and into 2 kg. bags, of production capacity 16 pack./min.
• packing machine RT-PM -01 (Russia) for semolina packing into 1 kg. bags, production capacity 7,5 pack./min., and “Pitpack” (Russia) for wheat middlings packing into 0,3 kg. bags, production capacity 15 pack./min.
• production line for half-finished flour products “Blend-4” (Czech Republic), maximum production capacity is 1.5-2 t/h.

Grinding mill for 2^nd grade rye  

The Grinding mill operates in two sections with the following grinding types:

•  one-grade 63% rye grinding, production capacity 230 t/d
• one-grade 87% rye grinding, production capacity 60 t/d
• wholemeal 95% rye grinding, production capacity 75 t/d

Flour is packed into polypropylene 45 kg bags, 1 kg paper bags.

Shop for barley processing into 4 numbered pearl barley

Produces:

• 4 numbered pearl barley (production capacity 84 t/d)
• 3 numbered fine ground barley (production capacity 75 t/d)
• 2 numbered crushed wheat (production capacity 75 t/d)

The grain is packed into 40 kg, 45 kg è 50 kg bags, grain blends “Minsk” - into 25 kg bags.

Section of bulk storage and finished products delivery

The following activities are performed in the section: bulk acceptance, storage and delivery of graded wheat flour, rye flour, wheat and rye middlings, wastes of the 1^st category.

The section contains:

• warehouse for bulk acceptance, storage and delivery of flour to flour transportation vehicle of 1200 tons volume
• building for bulk delivery of flour to flour transportation vehicle
• warehouse for bulk acceptance, storage and delivery of middlings and wastes, of volume 800 tons
• block of metal bunkers for bulk storage and delivery of bran to railway cars (capacity 700 tons)

The building for bulk delivery of flour is equipped with two automated and operating in-parallel units U1 – BUB designed to fill flour transportation vehicles’ cisterns quickly.

Elevator

Grinding elevators Ì-3õ100, of capacity 24 thousand tons and Ì-3x175 of capacity 40 thousand tons, provide grain acceptance from automobile and rail transport, as well as weighing, placement and storage in accordance with quality, drying, peeling, cooling, composition of milling blends, grain delivery to reprocessing, shipment to automobile and rail transport.

Industrial-engineering laboratory

The delivered grain and finished products’ quality is monitored by industrial-engineering laboratory accredited in the system of accreditation by State Standard of the Republic of Belarus. The laboratory of the enterprise is equipped with the modern machinery which provides comprehensive control of raw materials and produced products in accordance with consumer properties and safety.

Sections and services of auxiliary production:

• section for finished products storage, loading and unloading, the total volume of floor storage warehouse is 4,3 thousand tons
• section for sack tare processing
• transport section
• rebuild services: Repair and Engineering Section, monitor devices and equipment section, energy-supply section, Repair and Construction Section
• social sphere: health camp “Mechta”, 2 hostels, cafeteria, sports and health-improving complex

AC “Ostroshitsy” affiliate

Agricultural complex “Ostroshitsy” is located in the southern part of Logoysky region of Minsk Oblast. There are 9 villages on the territory of the complex that have 411 farmsteads where 1026 people live. Administrative and economic center of the complex is village Ostroshitsy. In the affiliate 84 people are involved in work. The specialization – dairy and beef cattle-breeding, grain production. The total area of land is 2896 ha, farm land – 2499 ha, of which: ploughed field – 2068 ha or 83%. The agricultural complex is well-located in regard to agricultural product markets (Minsk, Logoysk, Smolevichy, Zhodino) and highway network.
