• the construction of grinding plant No. 5 was started at the place of former base “Zagotzerno”

1950

• the first lot of products was produced

1952

• the grain shop went into service

1967

• grinding plant No. 5 was awarded with the Order of the Red Banner of Labour for the achieved success according to the Decree of USSR Supreme Soviet Presidium

1968

• was launched the second production complex with the grinding mill for graded rye milling

1975

• grinding plant No. 5 was renamed into Minsk group of the bread products JSC 
• Minsk group of the bread products JSC was awarded for the achieved success with the Order of the Red Banner of Labour for the achieved success according to the Decree of BSSR Supreme Soviet Presidium

1994

• Minsk group of the bread products JSC was transformed into Minsk group of the bread products JSC

2000

• Minsk group of the bread products JSC was awarded with the Honorary Diploma of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

2004

• a new property was purchased – AMC “Vesnino” (Logoysky region) on the basis of which AC “Ostroshitsy” was created – an affiliate of Minsk group of the bread products JSC

2007

• trade mark “Stolichnaya Melnitsa” was created
• a new modern line (Czech Republic) was launched, it was designed for the production of flour semiproducts and equipped with automated weighting, dosing and stirring units in accordance with recipe
• Minsk group of the bread products JSC was awarded with certificate of city competition laureate “The Best Entrepreneur of 2007” (Minsk)

2008

• a new line for production of composite blends “Minskie” was launched. It provided fragmentation, uniform mixing of components according to the specified recipe
• the range and nomenclature of the produced products was expanded
• trade mark “Stolichnaya Melnitsa”  was awarded with the prize «Brand of 2008» in professional nomination

2009

• a block of metal bunkers for bulk storage and delivery of bran to railway cars was put into operation
• the product range expanded for 7 items: 4 flour mixes and 3 recipes of grain composite blends
• the accordance of quality management system to the international and state standards of ISO series, which the ÍÀÑÑÐ system is integrated in was confirmed
• Minsk group of the bread products JSC was the winner of competition «Best goods of the year» on the positions of flour mix «Íome-made muffins», wheat flour of the premium type and semolina

2010

• the project «Technological circuit’s change of the milling section of two-grade rye grinding mill with technological and aspiration equipment replacement» is realized
• the realisation of the investment project «Reconstruction of a warehouse of finished goods with build-up of the third floor and with line installation on the production of  pasta»  has been started

Nowadays Open joint-stock company Minsk group of the bread products performs:

• reprocessing of wheat, rye and barley into baking flour and different kinds of cereals, production of flour semiproducts and half-finished grain blends
• grain purchase for the state needs from collective farms, state farms and private farms of Minsk region and other regions
• the delivery of finished product to consumer by motor transport or rail transportation
