Minsk group of the bread products JSC – is an undisputed leader in the production of goods at flour-and-grain market of the Republic of Belarus. The produced by the company goods meet the international quality standards, it has been occasionally awarded with different diplomas. Production technology of flour and grain with the use of the equipment manufactured in accordance with the license of Swiss company "BUHLER", as well as the equipment of other leading companies in Europe - «PROKOP INVEST, a.s.» (Czech Republic), «Schmidt-Seeger AG» (Germany), which enables the production of flour of different grades, semolina, fine ground barley grain and wheat of high quality. The finished products are packaged into polypropylene 25 kg, 50 kg bags; 5 kg, 10 kg and 25 kg paper bags of valvate type; 1 kg and 2 kg paper bags; 0,3 kg and 0,9 kg polypropylene bags.

Flour semiproducts are produced on the line “Blend-4” (Czech Republic) which provides accurate weighting, dosing and mixing of components in accordance with the recipe, and their packing into colorful 0,5 kg and 1 kg polypropylene-polyethylene bags, and into 5 kg, 10 kg and 25 kg paper bags of valvate type.

Composite blends “Minskie” are produced on specially assembled line which provides crushing, uniform mixing of components according to the recipe. Ready blends are packed into 25 kg polypropylene bags with the help of electronic dosing and weighing device.

To prepare a good-quality grain for further processing in elevator Ì-3x175, instead of separator À1-ÁÈÑ-100, a grain-cleaning machine made by «Schmidt-Seeger AG» (Germany) is installed.

In order to decrease the use of electricity, the company carried out a technical re-equipment of aerosol transport devices and lines for transportation of flour, middlings, wheat and rye wastes from grinding mills of 3-grade grinding of wheat and  2-grade grinding of rye, into the warehouse of bulk storage of flour and middlings.

Industrial-engineering laboratory defines physicochemical quality coefficients, flow characteristics of flour (elasticity, stretchability) and water absorbing characteristics which are monitored on the new generation device Alveo-consistograph of Shopen. Express-analyzer Inframatik 9140 (Sweden) enables to perform express-analysis of biochemical components in the grain and flour within a short period of time. The device for amylolytic enzyme activity estimation FN 1900 (Sweden) helps to control amylolytic enzyme activity of ferments which makes it possible to form milling lots to optimize good quality of the product.

The enterprise uses the system of quality management control and storage of flour-and-grain products in accordance with the requirements of Belarus State standard ISO 9001-2001 and quality and safety management of goods on the basis of analysis of risks and critical control points (HACCP).    

Quality policy of the enterprise implies the achievement of goals by means of different problems solving in accordance with high organizational and production standards.

The enterprise uses the program on development of facilities and equipment base which includes construction, reconstruction and technical re-equipment of production, creation of production facilities to replace imported goods, launching new types of products.
